All purchases made on the webshop from November 10, 2025, to December 24, 2024, can be returned until January 15, 2026.

You automatically qualify for free shipping to a UPS parcel shop of your choice on orders above EUR 95.00. Learn more about delivery options here.
Exchange for another item
We unfortunately do not offer exchanges.
If you would like a different size, color, or a completely different item, you need to return the item you wish to send back. Once we have received it, the amount will be refunded to you, after which you can place a new order on the webshop and quickly secure the item you want.
When using our return service, you are fully insured in case of theft or loss during delivery to our warehouse. Your return will be refunded to the buyer’s credit card.

Please note that our processing time is up to 14 business days from the date your return is received at our warehouse. It may therefore take some time before you receive a confirmation of the refund via email.
Items purchased online at www.madsnorgaard.dk cannot be exchanged or returned in our physical stores in Copenhagen, Aarhus, or Berlin.
When should you order before Christmas?
It's always a good idea to order your Christmas gifts in advance. Due to the holiday season's increased volume, we encourage you to follow the order and delivery deadlines outlined below:
Denmark
Order by Friday, December 19, before 12.00 PM for delivery by December 24.
EU
Germany, the Netherlands, Belgium, Estonia, France, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Poland, Switzerland, Slovenia, Sweden, the Czech Republic & Austria
Order no later than Wednesday, 17 December before 12:00 PM for delivery before 24 December.*
Finland, Ireland, Italy, Croatia, Northern Ireland, Norway, Romania, Slovenia, Spain, the United Kingdom, Bulgaria, Greece, Portugal & Hungary
Order no later than Wednesday, 12 December before 12:00 PM for delivery before 24 December.*
For orders placed close to the deadline, it's essential to have someone at the delivery address unless you choose pickup at a parcel shop, which we recommend. If you choose home delivery but won't be available to receive your order, it may cause unnecessary delays with our shipping partner.
Please be aware that the mentioned dates are guidelines. Factors beyond our control, such as customs, strikes, wintry weather conditions, etc., can lead to order delays. Again, remember to order in advance, and if all else fails, a gift card is always a safe and thoughtful solution.

Simply select gift packaging and add your desired quantity to the cart before checking out, and we will attach gift packing to your order. Your product is not packed at delivery, so you have the option to pack it in the package you want. Buy gift packaging here.

Gift Cards
If you're running late or unsure about what to buy, a gift card for the webshop might be a great gift idea. Once you purchase a gift card, it will be sent directly to your inbox with lightning-fast delivery. If you want to buy multiple gift cards, simply add them individually to your cart. For each gift card you purchase, you'll receive a unique email that can be easily printed or forwarded to the recipient.
Please note that gift cards purchased on the webshop cannot be redeemed in Mads Nørgaard's physical stores in Copenhagen, Aarhus, and Berlin.
