When does the SALE start and end?

The End of Season SALE started on 31.05.24 at 10 AM and ends around mid-August. We hold the End of Season SALE twice a year. Sign up for the newsletter here and get invitations to the SALE before anyone else.

Can I combine discount codes with already reduced items?

As a rule, discount codes cannot be combined with already reduced items. Always read the terms and conditions for the specific campaign.

How can I ensure that the item I want doesn't get sold out?

We recommend shopping as early as possible during the SALE period. Your cart is not reserved, so you only secure the desired item once your purchase is completed. However, we always reserve the right for sold-out items, and you will be contacted directly by us after you have placed your order if this happens.

How quickly can I expect to receive my order?

During busy periods, such as Christmas and the SALE, it can take up to five business days from when an order is placed until it is shipped. We always strive to get your order shipped as quickly as possible and always aim to inform you of the current delivery time when you shop with us.

What is the return policy for items that have been on SALE?

Reduced items can be returned in accordance with our standard return policy. Read more about our return policy here

Can I receive a direct exchange or return an item bought on in your physical stores?

Unfortunately, we do not offer direct exchanges. Therefore, you will need to place a new order on in your desired size or color. Items purchased online on cannot be returned in our physical stores in Aarhus, Copenhagen, and Berlin.

Will sold-out items be restocked during the SALE period?

You might be lucky that an item that has been sold out comes back in stock. If an item is sold out, you can sign up for the ‘Back in stock’ function for your desired size and color directly on the product page. We save your email for 90 days and will contact you directly if you are lucky enough that the item comes back in stock.

How can I track my order?

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number at the provided email address. You can use this number to track your package on our associated shipping partner's website.

Can I get a price adjustment if I buy an item before the SALE starts?

Our price adjustment policy is individual, but never hesitate to contact customer service for specific inquiries by phone or email.

I saw a reduced item in one of your physical stores at a different reduced price than the one listed on Do you price match?

During the SALE period, ‘Special SALE deals’ will be communicated, and you may experience local SALE campaigns online on as well as in our physical stores in Copenhagen, Aarhus, and Berlin. The selection of extraordinary offers and the corresponding reduced prices will vary from store to store, and we do not offer price matching.
