RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Mads Nørgaard offers an easy return procedure. When using our free return service, you will not have to pay for return shipping and you will be refunded for the items in the event of theft or loss during delivery to our warehouse.
Items purchased online at www.madsnorgaard.dk are not exchangeable/returnable through any of our physical stores. Sale items are non-exchangeable but can be returned for a full refund.
RETURNING YOUR PURCHASE

For orders placed outside of DK, please contact customer service for a return label. Fill out the return sheet that came with the order, seal the package and send it back to us.
Purchased items are exchangeable into a different size. All exchanges are based on stock availability and are shipped to you free of charge. Please note that we are only able to offer free of charge returns and exchanges once per order.
We are only able to offer size exchanges. If you wish to exchange your item to an alternative style or color, we suggest that you return it and purchase the new item on a separate order.
Sale items are non-exchangeable but can be returned for a full refund within 14 days of delivery.
RECEIVING A REFUND
Your refund will be credited to the original purchaser´s credit card. If all items in an order are returned, a refund will also include shipping costs. When you return fewer items than the entire order, you only get a refund for the item/items you are returning.
Please note that a time frame of a few days can pass between the receipt of your returned item(s) and the return/refund process.
The refund time frame depends on the credit card used. In case the recipient of the product does not correspond with the buyer of the product, credit will be refunded to the original buyer and credit card holder. We can only refund purchases to the same means of payment, and same account, that was used when the order was placed. Refunds are made in the same currency as the purchase.
In cases where a returned item/order was purchased by gift certificate, a new gift certificate will be issued.
Items must be returned to us in perfect condition. Make sure all products are exactly as you received them, with tags and seal still attached. We ask that items are returned through our return service to ensure that they are protected and insured during transit. You may return the goods by any means of secure transport. Please note that if you choose to return in any other way than our return service, the insurance responsibility during transit is placed with you.

The policy above also applies during periods of sale, with the exception that we do not make exchanges on sale items. We do however offer refunds of sales items.
