Returns

Mads Nørgaard – Copenhagen offers an easy return procedure.

We offer a 14 days full refund on all items bought on madsnorgaard.com. Your return will be refunded to the purchaser´s credit card. 

Please note: Our processing time is 14 business days from the date your return is received at our warehouse. There may be a short delay between the return being received and your refund being confirmed by e-mail.

Items purchased online at www.madsnorgaard.com are not returnable through any of our physical stores in Copenhagen, Århus or Berlin.

How to return – Step by step

Create your return here

– Request a return via the return portal here or via the 'Return Portal' link in the footer. Fill in your order number starting with ENxxxxxx. You’ll then receive a confirmation of your return and a return shipping label by email. You can either print the label yourself at home or have it printed at your local parcel shop.

– Pack the item(s) for return and make sure the items are securely packed, including all labels and hangtags.

– Scan the package at your local parcel shop within 14 business days of receiving your order. Remember to get a receipt when dropping it off, as this serves as proof of return in case anything gets lost during transit and needs to be replaced by our logistics partners.

 

We only accept returns made through our return service, with note and return labels.

Be sure to include your order number and the details of the item(s) you wish to return - style numbers, color, and size - so we can assist you promptly.

We will handle the return arrangements with you directly through email.


Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an product to another size or item you will have to return the goods and visit www.madsnorgaard.com - here you will be able to place a new order. This way you are ensured that the requested size or product is available.


Receiving a refund

Your refund will be credited to the original purchaser´s credit card.  If all items in an order are returned, a refund will also include shipping costs. When you return fewer items than the entire order, you only get a refund for the item/items you are returning.

Please note that a time frame of a few days can pass between the receipt of your returned item(s) and the return/refund process.

The refund time frame depends on the credit card used. In case the recipient of the product does not correspond with the buyer of the product, credit will be refunded to the original buyer and credit card holder. We can only refund purchases to the same means of payment, and same account, that was used when the order was placed. Refunds are made in the same currency as the purchase.

In cases where a returned item/order was purchased by gift certificate, a new gift certificate will be issued.

Important Information

Items must be returned to us in perfect condition. Make sure all products are exactly as you received them, with tags and seal still attached. We ask that items are returned through our return service to ensure that they are protected and insured during transit.

Quality guarantee and claims

If an item has been damaged during transport, has manufacturing defects, or any other faults occurring within 24 months, please contact our customer service at webshop@madsnorgaard.dk.
Make sure to include your order number, a detailed description of the item and the defect, and preferably photos as well.

If you bought the product in one of our physical stores in Copenhagen, Aarhus or Berlin, or through one of our retailers, please contact them directly.
