Returns
We offer a 14 days full refund on all items bought on madsnorgaard.com. Your return will be refunded to the purchaser´s credit card. Our process time is 14 days from the return has been received at our warehouse.
Items purchased online at www.madsnorgaard.com are not returnable through any of our physical stores.
How to return – Step by step
Create your return here
– Request for a return label here or access direct from the footer navigation 'Return portal.' Fill out the return formular with your order number starting with ENxxxxxx. You will receive a return confirmation and return label by e-mail.– Pack the products, and place the return confirmation inside the parcel. The products must be packed securely in their original bags / packaging including various labels and hangtags.
– Please attach the return label outside of the parcel.
– Hand in the return parcel at your local parcel shop.
We only accept returns made through our return service, with note and return labels.
Below is the shipping cost. It will be deducted from your refund when it has been processed.

Exchanges
If you wish to exchange a product to another size or item you will have to return the goods and visit www.madsnorgaard.com - here you will be able to place a new order. This way you are ensured that the requested size or product are available.
Receiving a refund
Your refund will be credited to the original purchaser´s credit card. If all items in an order are returned, a refund will also include shipping costs. When you return fewer items than the entire order, you only get a refund for the item/items you are returning.
Please note that a time frame of a few days can pass between the receipt of your returned item(s) and the return/refund process.
The refund time frame depends on the credit card used. In case the recipient of the product does not correspond with the buyer of the product, credit will be refunded to the original buyer and credit card holder. We can only refund purchases to the same means of payment, and same account, that was used when the order was placed. Refunds are made in the same currency as the purchase.
In cases where a returned item/order was purchased by gift certificate, a new gift certificate will be issued.
Important Information
Items must be returned to us in perfect condition. Make sure all products are exactly as you received them, with tags and seal still attached. We ask that items are returned through our return service to ensure that they are protected and insured during transit.

Quality guarantee and claims
If an item has been damaged during transport, has manufacturing defects, or other faults that occur within 24 months, please contact customer service at webshop@madsnorgaard.dk - Please attach pictures of the defects on the product and describe the issue in as much detail as possible. If you purchased the product from our physical stores in Copenhagen, Aarhus, or Berlin, or through one of our retailers, please contact them directly.
