"Berlin holds a special place in my heart. I've been coming here since I was a teenager in the '80s, and I have always felt a special connection to the city. Hansa Tonstudio, Bowie, Neu – all the music, movies, literature, and more – and all the politics on top. Growing up in Copenhagen, Berlin had all the contrasts, the edge, and all the conservative splendor as well. I gatecrashed the night the Wall fell in 1989 and was fascinated and frightened by how the old East suddenly took over the cultural scene. But I always felt it was the place to be. From early on, I dreamed of opening a shop here, in the heart of the old East. So here it is. A dream coming true in Münzstrasse. Our own store in Berlin Mitte. Welcome!"
