A Night in Oslo with Jacqueline & Sofie Landvik and friends

Celebrating our Norwegian ties and special friendship with sisters, creatives, and fashion it-girls Jacqueline & Sofie Landvik. This magical evening, Thursday, September 4, in Oslo featured a zine launch, dinner, music, and an inspiring, blooming crowd from the Norwegian scene – many spotted wearing our new Fall collection.

”My first meeting with Mads Nørgaard was 12 years ago, when he invited Emma Aars and me to close his fashion show – hand in hand, wearing matching leather pants and his signature striped shirt.

In 2024, we reunited for a project called THE DANCE, where I photographed five talents in dynamic movement. It was a reference to a backstage film called The Dance – a unique outtake in which the late DJ, author, and friend of the Nørgaard house, Maria Gerhardt aka Djuna Barnes, took her place behind the turntables, while stylist Sebastian Machado – and the rest of the dance floor – disappeared into the music. It became a musical and visual tribute to spontaneity, movement, and nocturnal energy – celebrating the euphoria of night and dance. One for the books!

As Scandinavians in the same creative realm, our paths have intersected many times over the years. We’ve followed his remarkable success and consistency with admiration, and we are truly honored that Mads has invited us into his universe to strengthen the brand’s Norwegian bonds.”
