From the beginning of 2023, all employees at Mads Nørgaard – Copenhagen and Nørgaard have completed a cultural change programme with NORM & MANGFOLD consultants. Our desire has been to strengthen knowledge and competencies to work strategically with diversity, equality, and inclusion in management and all departments of the company, both wholesale and in all our stores.
Based on surveys, workshops, and observations, Mads Nørgaard – Copenhagen and Nørgaard have received recommendations that have been operationalized into a 3-year action plan that structures and concretizes the efforts.
Mads Nørgaard – Copenhagen and Nørgaard are now companies that can proudly claim to work actively, systematically, and purposefully with diversity, equality, and inclusion.
From here, the companies will continue to work with MANGFOLD, which will consult and monitor the efforts so that they become ‘Prism Certified’ and can show the outside world that the companies aim to take responsibility for social sustainability and have the courage and will to lead the way.
