The annual ELLE Style Awards is the biggest fashion party of the year. And this year we are proud to be a part of the show. Or, to be more correct, our everlasting 101 T-shirt from Nørgaard Paa Strøget is going to be a part of the show.
The 101 T-shirt has been nominated for the Inevitable Item of the Year Award (Årets Uundgåelige 2016). The motivation from the jury goes like this:
“We know it, we love it, and now it’s finally back in fashion – the classic with the characteristic fit and the dead straight stripes: The 101. 2015 was the year of the comeback for the long-sleeved rib T-shirt, and lots of us are happy for that. It comes in almost every color imaginable, perfect for any occasion or mood. With a clean shape and comfortable fit the 101 is democratic design for fashionistas of any age. - Elle Danmark.

What a show! What a night! We are so stoked to win the Elle Style Award 'Inevitable Item of the Year' (Årets Uundgåelige 2016).
The striped #101 T-shirt has been a part of the Nørgaard house since 1967, and nothing but colours has changed since the first T-shirt was sold at Nørgaard Paa Strøget almost 50 years ago.
The T-shirt is still Made In Denmark and now sold in over 3,5 millions copies.
