Describe Berlin with three words
I could never describe Berlin with such few words as Berlin really is a different experience for everyone. It is so individual, which is the nice part about the city. I believe my answer has to be “Whatever you want it to be”.
What are your favorite spots in Berlin?
One of my favorite spots in Berlin is my home. It is really special to me. Otherwise, if I go out, I love to go to the café “La Maison” in Kreuzberg or “Albatross Bakery” in Graefestraße. Albatross is really close to my yoga studio “Original Feelings” so I usually go there when I am done with my classes. Actually, my Yoga studio could be another favorite spot.
What makes Berlin different from other European capitals?
The feeling when you enter the city. Even if Berlin can seem ugly it’s still such a special place. I have the feeling that Berlin is really unapologetically itself. It doesn’t try to impress as a city. It is itself and it doesn’t try to impress you or offer anything. You have to go and get what you want from it by yourself. Berlin is just there.
